ECOTOP is organized on the principle of closed-cycle complete engineering in HVAC-shooting and energy audit, design, production, installation, service and training in the field of: industrial HVAC, thermal systems, solar and special systems; heat pumps; internal gas supply, industrial and domestic ventilation systems, air conditioning and air purification systems.
The group consists of four independently managed companies:
"Business – GROUP ECOTOP" Ltd, ET “ECOTOP-Dimitar Kirov ","
SYSTEM-consult 2002”Ltd. and “TERMOAKTIV” Ltd. with 80 staff-academic staff, teachers, engineers, technicians and workers.
For 35 years we have completed over 2270 object in all business areas.
While maintaining the principle of engineering, ECOTOP has developed an intense external activity and stabilize the production of regular HVAC products.
Today "ECOTOP" has an extensive innovation and trains professionals in the practice of HVAC for Bulgaria. In the professional Guild ECOTOP proves itself as a business-incubator of professionals in the field.
Production of HVAC products is organized into four specialized workshops and today's warehouse is located at 4000 m2. The total area ECOTOP occupies is 36 decares.
The mobile service serves all over Bulgaria with six service car. The Research Unit developed and implemented over 50 original articles, 10 of which have issued patents by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.
For this period a total of 11 awards have been recieved from prestigious organizations and exhibitions.
-in 2017 we received the annual award of the LUXURY PROPERTY AWARDS in the category "innovation and energy efficiency".
-in 2018 we received a "Balkan Business Award" from VIP-COMMUNICATION AGENCY in the category "Sustainable business development".
ECOTOP has all the necessary certificates for design and execution, and effectively interacts on specific engineering projects in the field of professional HVAC:
-Certificates of quality ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
-Permits for special types of construction work by the State Agency for metrological and technical surveillance; -Certificates for energy audit of buildings and industrial plants from the energy efficiency agency.
